SHIPPING & RETURNS

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

We offer standard and express shipping services on all Australian orders.

All orders are sent via Australia Post and are sent with "Authority to Leave". If you require a signature at time of delivery, you'll need to select the "Signature on delivery" option at the check-out. 
Please note if you choose to send standard shipping without signature, you are accepting responsibility if your order is to go missing in the post. We highly recommend you choose this option.

Orders over $300 qualify for free standard shipping.

Standard shipping (signature required) 2-5 business days* $22.00
Express shipping 1-3 business days* $25.00
Express shipping (signature required) 1-3 business days* $34.00

 *Delivery times are estimates only and do not consider any unforeseeable delays.

 Orders will be sent out within 2 business days of being placed, unless listed as a preorder item. 

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING 

We currently only offer international shipping to New Zealand, USA & Canada.
Your shipping cost will be calculated at checkout.

RETURNS

Full priced items may be returned for a store credit if returned in unworn, new condition, with tags still attached, within 14 days of receiving purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email that we have received and processed accordingly. Shipping fees are non refundable and customers are responsible for return shipping charges. Please note we do not offer refunds, except in cases as per below in 'EXCHANGES'.

Please ensure you include in the return your name, order number and whether you are after a refund or store credit.

EXCHANGES

We do not offer straight exchanges, however if you have received your shoes and they are the incorrect size, you can return for a store credit to repurchase. Alternatively, if you wish to place a new order for the correct size right away, please include your new order number in with your return and we will happily process a refund in this case.

FAULTY ITEMS

Our items are all quality checked before being sent out to you, however if you feel you have received a faulty item please email us hello@nimsoles.com.au with a photo of the fault and details on your order. We will replace the faulty item if they are defective or damaged prior to wear. 

CARING FOR YOUR NIM SLIDES

Caring for your Nim Slides is super easy! To keep them in good condition, please avoid leaving them where they will be exposed to heat or sun, such as in a hot car, sauna, washing machine or dishwasher, as this will shrink and warp your shoes. 

When they need a wash, simply give them a scrub with cold water and a mild soap and they'll be good as new! 


ORDER LOST IN TRANSIT

If you have selected shipping without signature on delivery, unfortunately we cannot be responsible for items that are lost or damaged during transit. If however you have selected a shipping method with signature required, we are able to follow this up for you and resend your order where necessary. Please note you are also responsible for your order if you enter the wrong shipping address. Please email us immediately if you enter information incorrectly, we will update your order if it has not been shipped yet. 

SIZING

The best way to check which size you require is to measure your foot and compare it to our size chart, finding which size is closest to your foot measurement. If you are in between sizes and have wide feet or wanting to wear with socks, I would recommend you go with the larger size.
